SK8school hopes to will be running regular skate training sessions for Roller Derby Teams in Eastbourne and Brighton.

Skate Training will just improve skating focusing on aspects which we expect will be useful in Roller Derby. For the actual Roller Derby Team Training nights, or to find out more about the rules, joining or forming a Team contact Kris.

SK8school teaches all manner of skating sports and disciplines and Roller Derby training is a demanding skill set, focusing on Balance, speed and agility.

The Skate coaching sessions follow our popular Tuesday night experts and improvers skate coaching format and will change your skating style into something more suited to a high speed roller gladiator - plus its amazing fun.

Cost - £5 for two hours
Location - TBC The Cage during the Summer and Brighton
Location - TBC Shinewater Sports Centre during the Winter and Brighton.

Suitable for female adults of all abilities
Full protective gear advised - full contact sport!
