Sk8school Swap Shop re-opens
The Sk8school swap shop re-opens - in time for everyone to dump their old gear to make room for the new skate designs that will be on LOCO and RE-ALs shelves at the end of February.
The Swap Shop is fully supported by LOCO and RE-AL and is completely FREE to use - so give it a go whether you are looking for some gear or getting rid of some!

Tuesday Night - Skate Coaching Night!
8pm our ever popular Skate Coaching and Dancercise kicks off with an in depth look at stopping in a variety of ways and some basic to advanced turns. Then we move on to combining the two!
No need to book - just turn up, for 2 hours of the finest quality skate lesson in Eastbourne. £5 per person. Ask Laura, Nancy and Tim for details.

Last QUIET SKATE of January!
This Sunday the last Quiet Skate
of January takes place at 10am at Shinewater. If you want a space for
February or March book now, because there are only 20 places and most
of them are gone!
ICE Skating for the Eastbourne Skate M8s this Tuesday
We're all going Ice Skating on Tuesday night, they'll be a special extension - so come along and enjoy the fun. Meeting up at 7pm - all welcome.

There are now very limited spaces remaining fro the February and March quiet skates. If you'd like slots for either please contact us ASAP - when they are gone - they are gone!
Peacehaven trip scheduled for this Friday
Nick Mallinson runs the Peacehaven Skate Lessons at 4:30pm on Fridays just before the Roller Disco. He's also the MD of Seahaven FM -

The Eastbourne Skaters branch of the Sk8 M8s are heading over to Peacehaven leaving Eastbourne around 5:30-6ish. If you'd like to join in and sample a roller disco run in a very different way - check it out! Roller Disco starts at 5:30 and finishes at 8:30. So you'll get some proper skating time and its not all games!

Eastbourne Skating Lesson - Skills Coaching and Dancercise
Tuesday 19th is the first 2010 Skating Coaching and Dancercise session - starting at 8pm at Shinewater you can expect something for everyone as Eastbourne's most qualified and experienced skate instructors do their stuff.
This class is for Improver's and Experts. Its a group lesson for mixed ability. If you need the beginner skating lesson come along on Sunday morning.
Sk8school has the only skate instructors in Eastbourne qualified to teach different power strides, backwards and advanced turns.
Eastbourne Skating Lesson Sunday 17th Jan
The indoor season starts at 10am at Shinewater this morning Sunday 17th. Skating Lessons are group beginner classes and are followed by an hours free practice.
If you need more advanced coaching than a beginners course, you need the Tuesday night coaching course. Sk8school has the most highly qualified and experienced instructors in the area - and the only ones qualified to teach Skating Strides beyond Stride 2, backwards, or advanced turns and cross overs.
